Preview of Episode 5 of Jessop’s Diary
(JESSOP’S JOURNAL BY DOUG JESSOP) Welcome to the preview of Jessop’s Journal as seen on ABC4 Sunday morning at 10 a.m. and online at JessopsJournal.com
In this episode, we visit a dancer who has a powerful history of overcoming adversity – Ashleigh Di Lello.
The positive power of music is universal. One of the guests in this episode uses this talent at America’s First School for the Visually Impaired – Elena Cruz. And yes, she is also our musical guest.
Later in the show, we visit a little boy who has a song in his heart – the inspiring story of Gerold and music therapy.
Everyone has a story. I strongly feel that âStories have powerâ. Chances are, if you go through something, someone else is probably suffering from it, too. The shared experiences that we humans have can help each other. That my friend points out that the stories âHelp us understand each otherâ.
You don’t have to agree with everyone, but in my opinion, if people took more time to learn more about others and where they are from, we might find that we have more similarities than differences.
