(Published in Écho Journal, August 31, September 7, 2022, 2t.) CITY OF LAKE SHORE PLANNING COMMISSION/BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 AT 9:00 A.M. HÔTEL DE VILLE DE LAKE SHORE TO WHOM CAN BE CONCERNED: The Lakeshore Planning Commission/Adjustment Council will hear the following applications at their regular meeting scheduled for Monday, September 12 at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall. VARIANCE: Steven Sullivan is requesting a variance to build a 250 square foot garage addition on the north side of the existing structure and a 10’x10′ covered entrance. The existing attached garage will be converted into living space. The proposed garage addition will respect the 75 foot lake setback but will not respect the 30 foot cliff setback. The garage addition will meet the side yard and road right-of-way setbacks. The waterproof cover will not be exceeded. The property is described as Lots 4 to 7, Block 10 of Tingdale Brothers Sherwood Forest (site address is 8377 Nottingham Road). The property is zoned medium density residential.
